With version 2 of the VidsportTV site it is now possible to invite fans into your Team Room so that they can watch your games free on demand. Here are the steps:
Step 1
Invite fans into your Team Room by using the Admin tab on your Manage Account page. Enter the email of all fans people you want to invite and click “Send Invite.” You may invite as many as you like.
Step 2
Now give your fans access to videos in your Team Room. As a coach, you have the ability to control which videos fans have access to. Click the “Manage Playlists” button which will open up a new inset titled Manage Playlists. This is where you control what playlists a selected video will appear under.
Step 3
In the Manage Playlist inset you can add a playlist designed specifically for your fans. Do this by clicking the “Add Playlist” button. You can call it whatever you want or choice to give fans access to a playlist you have already created. For the purpose of this demonstration I have added a playlist called “fans.” Click the box that says assign to add a video to that playlist.
Step 4
Once you have the playlist created you want to click the “Manage Playlist Access” link. This is where you control who has access to your videos. Select “All Fans” which gives all of the people you have invited into your Team Room as a fan access to that specific playlist. You can also assign playlists to select athletes and fans.
